Current prices of products are the same unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in SEK and excluding VAT-cost. The shipping cost is added to the order unless the total amount is above a value where free shipping is included. Telius has the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer. We reserve the right to cancel orders, irrespective of errors such as printing errors, technical issues or mass orders. If you get any incorrect information upon order, you are entitled to cancel your purchase.
Who can shop?
In order to shop at Telius, you must have an active company, an organization number and be registered with VAT. When purchasing with credit, you must meet creditworthiness. The credit is to be paid in 14 days. In the case of late payment, the agreement will be terminated as well as statutory reminder fee. Delay interest rate is 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to the debt collection.
No credit rating is required if you pay by card (Visa / Mastercard) or pay at the place of delivery.
Telius works with our own local warehouse. Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days, unless otherwise agreed. Buyers are responsible for all information that is given with the purchase. Telius is not responsible for any problems (such as delivery or refund) that may occur due to incorrect or inadequate information.
We handle all orders within 24 hours on weekdays, from the date the order confirmation has been submitted to businessmen. Buyers who have not received a notification or delivery notice within the specified time of purchase should contact us as soon as possible to ensure that there has been no error with the process.
Processing of customer information and payment methods
Telius.se uses HTTPS and SSL encryption and all transactions are sent through the encrypted protocol. No card numbers are saved. We only save your customer information, such as name and address, in our database to help you with future orders.
Right to exchange
There are ongoing changes in the manufacture of spare parts in pursuit of streamlining the process. Very rarely, one of the delivered products may not work as advertised at the time. We therefore accept, under the conditions below, the replacement of products purchased from our product range 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product should be unused and returned in original packaging, free from dirt, marking and damage. Buyers themselves must deliver or pay freight for the right of exchange. Buyers must deliver the product together with a copy of the invoice.
Please note that a return must first be confirmed by our customer service before a exchange can be approved. Returns that are not accepted as faulty goods are returned back at the customer’s expense. If the products are faulty, a new order will be sent as soon as possible with Telius responsible for the delivery cost.
Buyers must check the delivered products upon delivery. Transport damage should be notified to the carrier and to our customer service within 48 hours. If a buyer does not notify transport damage within the specified time, he is not entitled to right of exchange.
