General terms

Current pri­ces of pro­ducts are the same unless other­wi­se sta­ted. Prices are quo­ted in SEK and exclu­ding VAT-cost. The ship­ping cost is added to the order unless the total amount is abo­ve a value whe­re free ship­ping is inclu­ded. Telius has the right to change pri­ces wit­hout pri­or notice to the custo­mer. We reser­ve the right to can­cel orders, irre­specti­ve of errors such as prin­ting errors, tech­ni­cal issues or mass orders. If you get any incorrect infor­ma­tion upon order, you are entit­led to can­cel your pur­cha­se.

Who can shop?

In order to shop at Telius, you must have an acti­ve com­pa­ny, an orga­ni­za­tion num­ber and be regis­te­red with VAT. When pur­cha­sing with cre­dit, you must meet cre­di­twort­hi­ness. The cre­dit is to be paid in 14 days. In the case of late pay­ment, the agre­e­ment will be ter­mi­na­ted as well as sta­tu­to­ry remin­der fee. Delay inte­rest rate is 2% per month. In the event of non-pay­ment, the invo­ice is han­ded over to the debt col­lec­tion.

No cre­dit rating is requi­red if you pay by card (Visa /​ Mastercard) or pay at the pla­ce of deli­ve­ry.

Delivery

Telius works with our own local ware­house. Normal deli­ve­ry time is 1–3 busi­ness days, unless other­wi­se agreed. Buyers are respon­sib­le for all infor­ma­tion that is given with the pur­cha­se. Telius is not respon­sib­le for any pro­blems (such as deli­ve­ry or refund) that may occur due to incorrect or ina­dequa­te infor­ma­tion.

We hand­le all orders wit­hin 24 hours on week­days, from the date the order con­fir­ma­tion has been sub­mitted to busi­nes­smen. Buyers who have not recei­ved a noti­fi­ca­tion or deli­ve­ry notice wit­hin the spe­ci­fi­ed time of pur­cha­se should con­tact us as soon as pos­sib­le to ensu­re that the­re has been no error with the pro­cess.

Processing of customer information and payment methods

Telius.se uses HTTPS and SSL encryp­tion and all trans­ac­tions are sent through the encryp­ted pro­tocol. No card num­bers are saved. We only save your custo­mer infor­ma­tion, such as name and add­ress, in our data­ba­se to help you with futu­re orders.

Right to exchange

There are ongo­ing changes in the manu­factu­re of spa­re parts in pur­su­it of stream­li­ning the pro­cess. Very rarely, one of the deli­ve­red pro­ducts may not work as adver­ti­sed at the time. We the­re­fo­re accept, under the con­di­tions below, the repla­ce­ment of pro­ducts pur­cha­sed from our pro­duct range 7 days from the date of deli­ve­ry.

The pro­duct should be unu­sed and retur­ned in ori­gi­nal pac­ka­ging, free from dirt, mar­king and damage. Buyers them­sel­ves must deli­ver or pay freight for the right of exchange. Buyers must deli­ver the pro­duct toget­her with a copy of the invo­ice.

Please note that a return must first be con­fir­med by our custo­mer ser­vice befo­re a exchange can be appro­ved. Returns that are not accep­ted as faul­ty goods are retur­ned back at the customer’s expen­se. If the pro­ducts are faul­ty, a new order will be sent as soon as pos­sib­le with Telius respon­sib­le for the deli­ve­ry cost.

Buyers must check the deli­ve­red pro­ducts upon deli­ve­ry. Transport damage should be noti­fi­ed to the car­ri­er and to our custo­mer ser­vice wit­hin 48 hours. If a buy­er does not noti­fy trans­port damage wit­hin the spe­ci­fi­ed time, he is not entit­led to right of exchange.
